How does the "5 Free Portfolio Events" launch offer work?
To celebrate our official brand launch, Kim is offering full planning services completely free (£0 fee) for 5 selected weddings or milestone events in Coventry or Warwickshire. You are only responsible for paying your own chosen venue and supplier costs and any agreed travel expenses. In return, we get to feature your iconic celebration in our founding portfolio!
Do you only plan gothic and elder emo weddings?
Not at all! While dark romance, elder emo nostalgia, and rock'n'roll aesthetics are in our DNA, Kymera is for anyone who hates generic, boring celebrations. Whether you want a maximalist disco celebration, a witchy celestial baby shower, an intimate woodland gathering, or a high-fashion black-tie rebellion, we design events that reflect your true self.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are proudly based in Coventry and Warwickshire, covering Birmingham, the West Midlands, the Cotswolds, and venues across the entire UK. If you're planning a destination wedding or celebration further afield, agreed travel expenses are simply factored in.
What if I already booked my venue or some suppliers?
That's fantastic! The G.O.A.T package is specially crafted for this exact situation. We seamlessly integrate with the vendors you’ve already secured, help you source the remaining creative gaps, elevate the styling, and coordinate the entire day on-site.
How far in advance should we get in touch?
As early as possible! Many couples book 12 to 18 months ahead for weddings, but we also accommodate shorter timelines for milestone birthdays, proposals, and intimate parties. Because we strictly cap the number of events we manage to ensure exceptional focus, early applications get priority.
